Rick was/is the nicest person I have met in a long time. Give him a small raise, so he can take care of his 15 grandchildren.(; Thank you, Rick for everything. I will be back!☝💯☝

I had poor service at another Big O store previously, so i thought i would give a different store a try. This store gave thoughtful, intelligent service and i will go back in the future!!! Keep the customer satisfied!!!

Strongly recommend Big O Tire on Kietzke Lane, not only for tire service but other car issues that arise. Rick goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
