Someone walked in to get tires while I was there. They didn't have the correct size so they told them to go to another tire place next door to check there. No up selling, No making you wait. I was in and out in about 36 minutes. Good customer service. Would recommend if you need new or used tires.”

“I had an exceptional experience with the Lexus service department, especially because of Julie. She was professional, thorough, and made sure my car was taken care of properly from start to finish. But what truly stood out was how far she went beyond her job to help me. When i returned my loaner car, I accidentallly left my 5 year old granddaughter's Elsa dresses and matching shoes in the trunk. I didn't realize it until after the service department had closed, and her birthday party was the next day. I was absolutely panicked! Julie stayed after work, found the car and the keys, retrieved the dresses and shoes, and then drove them all the way to my house. I was so touched by her kindness and thoughtfulness.
