Efficient and fair pricing on some new tires for the motorhome. Called on Monday, they ordered tires that morning and I went in Tuesday morning to get them put on and have a basic once-over done. Extremely smooth experience!

I went into Big O Tires expecting basic service. A headlight replacement and brake repair. I paid for both. I left with neither fixed. When I asked about it, the manager Rick did not just brush me off. He raised his voice at me.
As a woman walking into a shop alone, I wanted to feel safe and respected. Instead, I felt completely taken advantage of. Rick was aggressive, unprofessional, and clearly more focused on selling than actually doing the work or treating people with basic decency.
This was not just poor service. It was manipulative, disrespectful, and a complete lack of integrity. I left feeling humiliated and robbed.
If you care about being treated fairly or honestly, do not go here. They have lost my trust and my business permanently.

I was in a bind after I got a screw in a rear tire.
I purchased the tires at the MaeAnne location. However that shop wasn’t able to help me until next Thursday!
I drove to the Kietzke Big O!
These people got me right in and put me back on my way within minutes!
The place is clean & fast
And the service is wonderful.

Great Management and customer service! Had my car battery checked and Rick determined a replacement, went above and beyond to help me figure out a short in the car. The next day it stopped and my car drinks so much better! Also checked all my fluids. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes! - will definitely go back and highly recommend their services and excellent customer service.
