Ashley at the Reno branch made converting my personal account to my trust a breeze. She graciously walked me through the tedious 30-page form with ease! What a customer service star she is!

Receptionist was fine. Dropped off several documents (Schwab had sent us) which she reviewed & immediately uploaded. Firm then emailed same day...need additional info. 'If you don't provide it within 10 days we'll cancel your request.' Firm makes it -- seemingly -- very difficult to withdrawal funds.
