This location is clean and well organized. If I go at rush hour to get a prescription, there is always a line, but it goes fast considering the number of people they are helping. I'm not a big fan of the self checkout in the front, but I'm usually there for the pharmacy...

Went in to get a passport photo on 3/3/25. It literally took 10 minutes to find the only staff working there. She said they don't have the camera to take passport photos.

This place strongly deserves -1 stars. Customer service at the 1695 Robb Dr. location is non-existent. They failed to fulfill our order of healthcare supplies that my family critically needed TODAY. When I called to inquire about the order, they told me that it will not be available until 3 days from now. I told them we needed the order TODAY---this is a pharmacy after all, these products can be life-saving---but they hung up on me, and then cancelled my order. Wow! I congratulate this CVS Pharmacy location on a job well done. Will never set foot to this hole again, and neither should you, if you care about timely delivery of your healthcare products.

Sadly, more of the same. The pharmacy lost the first fax from my doctor's office. I was ill with an infection. I called and asked the doctor's nurse to resend it and tried CVS again the next day.
Was told that they had the fax and it would take 1-2 hours to fill. If I was unable to wait, the young lady at the counter told me they would hold the prescription for two weeks.
I returned again the next morning (my third appearance) and learned that they had no prescription. "Nothing showing" in my account. Same woman. They truly need to improve their system and manage their employees at the prescription pick-up counter.
On a more positive note. I used their vaccination system recently and it was smooth. Took me on time and no paperwork was required.

One of the most incompetent groups of pharmacists/techs I’ve had to deal with. Orders are constantly late, coupons are never applied per chart notation, and are constantly having to be run again at time of pickup. Recently had a tech lie and tell me that the coupon “didn’t wanna go through” so she didn’t have to run it again, making me pay double. Have had multiple times where the wrong quantity was dispensed, and both the doctors and support staff have shown to be rude, condescending and unprofessional. I’ve worked in healthcare for over a decade, including as a Pharm tech, so I understand it’s busy and stressful at times. But, as stated, some of these issues are unprofessional and even borderline illegal when dealing with medications/HIPAA.

I am a doordash driver and I was shopping for a customer. I was struggling to find the items on the customer's list and requested help from a female employee. I wish that I had gotten her name. She was small in stature, had dark brown hair that was cut very short, she was wearing a red shirt and had glasses. She was older probably in her forties.
She asked if I was in there to do a doordash and I told her that I was and as she reluctantly agrees to help me she said that her boss doesn't like them taking away from their work duties to help doordash drivers.
I don't know if this is true. I'm going to do some further investigation on my end but even if that is true that was not right for her to tell me. We are no different than a regular customer. So to be rude like that was absolutely uncalled for. I truly hope that the boss didn't actually say that because that's messed up

Spoke with a Pharmacist today re: my Wegovy order. I know it is on back order. I simply had some easy to answer questions to which the Pharmacist didn't have time for nor cared to have to deal with. Her matter of fact tone was horrible and inappropriate. As I thanked her at the end of the conversation, she had already hung up on me. I would be fired from my job for that kind of customer service

Legit the worst customer service in the pharmacy department. Monthly I have to call to refill a subscription and it’s always the same song and dance. Repeatedly hung up on or told they can’t get it. Whatever the story it’s always an abrupt hang up. These people consistently treat customers with lack of respect. They clearly hate their jobs and their customers.

2 stars only because they usually have what I need. But today, I waited in the drive thru at the pharmacy for 10 minutes, only to get up to the window and find a black cardboard and a recorded message that they went to lunch.
I only go here roughly three times a years to fill prescriptions. I was unaware that they closed at 1:30 for lunch. So I went inside and mentioned they should have a sign further back because I waited for 10 minutes (4 cars back) in line for nothing! All someone said through the gate was, "we've had scheduled lunch at 1:30 for the past 1 1/2 years."
Well you know what? I'm not there on a regular basis. And I was driving home from work, so I obviously couldn't use my phone to search the times.
Been a long time customer. But I
guess customer service went down hill fast. Will be transferring everything somewhere else.

Horrible. I did a walk-in at the minuteclinic there and the attending physician there was rude and told me she would not have time to see me. There was only one other person in the waiting room and I asked if she could squeeze me in after and she told me she’s booked up. No sincerity, completely unprofessional. Do not advertise walk ins welcome and then be rude when someone tries to walk-in.

Place is awesome, staff is always super friendly. I know they're a under a lot of stress, and mistakes can happen, but they're still human. Keep up the good work y'all.

Very impressed with how quickly prescriptions are filled! My daughter had an ear infection on Christmas Eve. The tele-doctor called in the prescription and it was ready within 30 minutes. Staff is professional and courteous. Store is well stocked. Love that there is self check options.
