“Local brick and morter store and they immediately had the laser printer I needed for a failed office printer, only $7 more than Amazon. Got in and out quick, so that office printer was back up same day. I didn't have to ask for a price match. Also same prices for a lot of hard drives, USB drives, and SSDs, with no worries about Amazon fakes when it comes to storage needs too.”

“The store is clean and okay but what really made my day was working with Melody. Melody helped my wife and I buy a switch 2. A day later we returned with some trade ins and they were more then willing to help us. The store was busy and they were the only one there. Extremely pleasant to be around and knowledgeable of the procedure.”

“Wow, super cool experience. It’s easy enough fora DIYer like me to slap together components to store and use energy off-grid. It’s another thing to be sure you’re using the the best solution for your money.
I needed to find the correct charge solution for the new solar panels and batteries on my boat. They took my call and a knowledgeable dude, I wish I recall his name took extensive notes of my system and made recommendations to me and into their system and then told me someone would look it all over to be sure it was the best solution and get back to me. That someone was Dylan and’s he called within the hour! He was a super helpful guiding me though the options and helped me weigh decisions on the right amount and the ideal sizes of the charge controllers. Then Dylan made sure I was putting breakers in correct places and would be properly matched for the wire and loads. In the end I had a shopping cart of items that I’m confident will safely charge my batteries!
Happy to give five stars for this rare level of service!”

“I have been a daily customer for over 13 years at this location. Never have I encountered any critters as it said in one review. It is always clean unlike the rest of the 7-11 stores in Reno. All of the employees are amazing. The owner has had this store for many years and takes pride in his store and is the only 7-11 I will patron. The other 7-11's in the area allow employees to burn their incense that will gag a maggot. The employees and owners of other 7-11's are on their cell phones constantly and disregard the customers. The reviews about the machines are not a 7-11 issue as they don't belong to the store. They have no control over the poker machines.”

“Daniel was so awesome. We had problems with an online order. The CSR was unhelpful. So I went to the store. Problem : we live 3 hours away from Reno, the closest store. Instead of saying sorry can't help you, come back another time, he was so kind and understanding about our situation. He spent the time it took to check in with his manager to resolve our issue. I appreciate him so much and can't thank him enough. He's a rock star :-)”

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me get my tech sorted out quickly. The store is bright, organized, and runs like a well-oiled machine—just the way Apple fans like it!

“I had a great experience switching to Verizon Wireless thanks to Blake! My previous online order got completely messed up (the phone was sent to the wrong address), and I thought it had been canceled. Instead of dealing with online support again, I went into the store to get help in person and I’m so glad I did.
Blake spent hours on the phone with different departments to fix port in issues with my old online account and told me to call to clear the unexpected charges, even though I wasn’t officially a Verizon customer yet. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my number was successfully ported over.
Everyone at the store was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location if you want real, helpful customer service!”
“Quality/Quantity - Came here to buy some holiday cookies, slightly more expensive than Walmart, but my daughter wanted these particular ones. Atmosphere - Decorated for the holidays, thank you. One of Targets larger locations, in my opinion. Starbucks in this location. Snack bar also, see picture. CVS Pharmacy. Optical department. Grocery department. Open 7 days a week, current holiday hours 8am to 10pm. In December hours change to 7am to midnight. Plenty of parking. Service - Good, the team helped us look for my daughter's holiday cookies as they were in several locations throughout the store. Price - $13 for one box of holiday cookies. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1962 (1902 corporation founded), and as the 8th largest retailer in the US. 2000 - Renamed company to Target Corporation. 2015 - CVS acquired Targets pharmacies.”
