I stored a car in an enclosed storage unit for a few months, I live in Massachusetts, and had to fly home leaving a car. Everyone I dealt with in was truly friendly and helpful. If I need storage in Reno again i wouldn’t look anyplace else.

Really solid storage, friendly people - they even noticed when I left for 2 weeks and confirmed with me that i would still need the spot. Most places will keep billing you for eternity, really a nice touch. Would suggest. I used their 30' outdoor parking.

Emigrant Storage on Longley is one of the best storage facilities we have used in reno in our years of doing events here. They are friendly patient and helpful. Zach especially has helped me out of a few jams in a world where I forget or lose have my keys and affordable and expediently manage a number of variables with multiple names registered in the space. They have rock solid policies in place that are easy to navigate and good hours. The security and ground management namely John are top notch! This is great spot to have space and vehicles stored in proximity. Truly to best one stop shop for storage in reno close to the airport.

They told me multiple times to bring in the trailer I needed to store and when I did they said oh well we cantbstore that it's too old and beat up. Well we had already parked it so we told them we would be back to get it. I had paid up front three months in one unit and had got another unit on top that is three in total had I been able to keep the trailer there. Nothing was said about the age it's just storage. We even said we would put a cover on it but no. Then they evicted me from my other units. Plus they way they treated me and my boyfriend was unprofessional and unacceptable.

So me and my family have had a storage unit here for a moment. I went to sign up for automatic payments, and was told I would have to come into the office to sign up for it. I told the gentleman on the phone that I would be on my way. I arrived 15 minutes later, just to be turned down, all they had to do with print a piece of paper for me to sign, but they said they were going on lunch for me to return in an hour. I live all the way across on the other side of town. So it was very inconvenient. Next thing you know I got hit with the late fee They refused me service. I called and speak to the manager Robin and she basically called me a liar and said that the whole incident didn’t happen and that I would still have to pay my late fees And even hung up on me. I just got done talking to them in the office right now, and she was very unapologetic, and still very unprofessional. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life

We store our business equipment here, great location, price, and friendly people. Did have one incident of a break in, but otherwise no complaints.

Seems like a great place! I was price shopping for an upcoming move, and the staff there(Nathan I think his name was?) was awesome! He answered every question i had and then some! When the time comes that I need it, Emigrant will be at the top of the list storage!!!
