This is the worst credit union in the State of Nevada! All they want to do is charge fees! They never help their members!

Credit unions are supposed to be better than banks, but this one if far worse. If they are going to hire a branch manager of such low character, I don't think they should be managing peoples money.

I have had nothing but pleasant customer service at this branch. I usually use the ATM, but when I've had to, the in-person help was friendly and efficient. I think GNCU should pay more attention to this location - they are doing a great job!
