I see some reviews mention the customer service being lacking and I feel that’s common with most any gun shop these days. Maybe it’s me being used to the local tattoo shops but I feel they do a good job of leaving you alone unless you have a question and then answering it the best they can for you.”
“Guys in here are great. I don't keep up on all the newest technology coming out and these guys have never made me feel bad for asking a thousand questions. Just a bunch of dudes that are stoked to talk and teach about guns, and are extremely knowledgeable about their niche. Definitely my go-to shop for parts when I'm in the market. The owner also cleared them to pull a bcg from a complete rifle they built just because they didn't have it in stock (I'm a lefty). I never even hinted at it or asked. The guy just called his boss up and gave it to me at msrp because I needed one and the lead times were insane on them. Great customer service, great shop.”
