“I’ve been to a lot of gun shops over the years, and this is easily one of my favorites. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed or pressured. Their selection is excellent, the store is clean and well organized, and the prices are fair. What really stands out is the customer service. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or have years of experience, they treat everyone with respect and make sure you leave with exactly what you need. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in running an honest business. I’ll definitely keep coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service. Background check is very quick takes me a day but overall love it will keep coming back”

“I had a great experience at Reno Guns & Ammo taking their Introduction to Handguns course with Sierra Matoza. Sierra was knowledgeable, professional, and made the class both informative and comfortable for beginners. She took the time to explain safety, handling, and fundamentals clearly, and made sure everyone felt confident and supported throughout the session. The range environment was well-organized and welcoming, and the staff overall were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this course, especially with Sierra, to anyone looking to learn in a safe and supportive setting!”

“I went in here looking for a specific weapon. I ended up with something entirely different. I had the staff bring out all types of handguns that I wanted to choose from. They were happy to do it and made my entire experience a great one. I asked a ton of questions, and the ones they didn't know, they got the answers for immediately. I had a great experience, and I will be back.”

“I had this place recommended to me by an old acquaintance of mine, so I drove up to the location after pricing around my firearm, and found that they were not only very honest folks, but straight shooters too. I dont like to beat around the sticks when it comes to buying and selling, and I appreciated the upfront honesty (though the sale was a little lower than I wanted). But I sold to them because of how friendly and upfront they were. I think I've found the shop to purchase firearms from in the future”

“S/o to the cashier, Cory. I sent him all over the store looking for stuff and I had to return a bunch of items. He held down the front of the store solo while he was helping me out and was friendly, professional, and helpful the whole time.”

5190 Neil Road, Reno NV 89502
“Called for a part that broke off my 1 year old shotgun, within 10 minutes on the phone call they found exactly what I needed and sent them to me. I was blown away by the customer service by the phone call alone, much less when I received my package, they not only sent the correct part but a spare one aswell. Great customer service.”
