About Legacy Sports International
Legacy Sports International is a renowned company that provides a wide range of shooting and hunting equipment. Customers have praised the company's professional and helpful customer service, with one reviewer stating that the representative, Michael, promptly addressed their issue and even offered a free gift. However, not all experiences have been positive, as one customer faced challenges with their shotgun and encountered some unprofessional responses from the customer service team initially. Despite this, the company's representative, Ilsa, ultimately resolved the issue and the customer expressed appreciation for the resolution. Overall, Legacy Sports International appears to cater to various shooting and hunting needs, with customers generally satisfied with the company's offerings and service, though some room for improvement in customer support has been noted.
