“I hate going to the store bc some retail personnel always promise or lies about their promotions. This time i really have to because my daughter’s phone got broken and had to buy a new one. Giovannie the retail store manager did a great job explaining everything to us. He understood what i need and didn’t expect us to spend more. We got a great deal and my daughter is really happy to her new phone. I hope all the retail personnel are all like that. Transparent and not pushy to sell just to get big bonus.”

“Ashton and Aaron are the only reason I am currently staying with T-Mobile. I had been forced to bounce between other T-Mobile stores and the apple stores to sort out an e sim issue on my phone and these guys were more help than I could have asked for to get things figured out”
“Returned back to TMobile to see what could be done with my phone. Tyler was in the store and assisted me with my situation. He made everything right. He not only explained my contract to me, he also guided me to an amazing phone that I couldn't be more thrilled with. It's everything I needed and because of him everything I wanted. He has a very genuine personality, and that makes everything vibe just right. I went in blind and now I see what I've been missing. Super duper high-speed data. Yeah buddy...I was able to stop and guide a tourist today while out picking up lunch. Maps opened in a snap, and she was on her way....true story. Any previous carrier I used before and there are many....couldn't match this with a 10-foot pole and a friend pushin....

They've always explain my options and help me chose what's best for me and my family. They both really took the time to ensure that all my needs were covered and I was satisfied. Will absolutely be returning if I need anything else.”

“Deidrick Johnson came out to make sure that we had the updated router. This young man went above and beyond to make sure that we were connected to everything before he left. This young man worked, brought up YouTube to help us and together it works. What an amazing employee you have to make sure your customers are happy. “This review is for Zachary, a representative of the Spectrum store at 5089 S. McCarran Ave.
While I was in the store today (12JUL2024) at about 1:15PM, another customer entered and was immediately rude and disrespectful to Zachary. Zach kept his cool and de-escalated the situation in an appropriate and professional manner. Honestly, Zach played this childish customer like a fiddle.
I tried to bring Zach's great work to the attention of Spectrum's customer service, but they refused to help and told me that they had no way to communicate with the managers of physical stores.
If the manager of this store happens to see this review, know that Zach did a great job and has some top-tier people skills.”

“My daughter needed a new IPhone, so we met at T-Mobile and we’re helped by a sales technician named John. He was amazing. Before my daughter unloaded her two toddlers out of the car, John advised her she just needed to go to the Apple Store and they would honor her warranty and get her a new phone right away. John then reviewed my plan and found away to update the plan I was on, get me a new IPhone for next to nothing extra per month, and helped me through the whole process. I would recommend John and their T-Mobile store for anyone looking to upgrade their phones or just get information on a new plan that they might qualify for. Warren”
