“My daughter needed a new IPhone, so we met at T-Mobile and we’re helped by a sales technician named John. He was amazing. Before my daughter unloaded her two toddlers out of the car, John advised her she just needed to go to the Apple Store and they would honor her warranty and get her a new phone right away. John then reviewed my plan and found away to update the plan I was on, get me a new IPhone for next to nothing extra per month, and helped me through the whole process. I would recommend John and their T-Mobile store for anyone looking to upgrade their phones or just get information on a new plan that they might qualify for. Warren”

“I hate going to the store bc some retail personnel always promise or lies about their promotions. This time i really have to because my daughter’s phone got broken and had to buy a new one. Giovannie the retail store manager did a great job explaining everything to us. He understood what i need and didn’t expect us to spend more. We got a great deal and my daughter is really happy to her new phone. I hope all the retail personnel are all like that. Transparent and not pushy to sell just to get big bonus.”

He not only explained my contract to me, he also guided me to an amazing phone that I couldn't be more thrilled with. It's everything I needed and because of him everything I wanted. He has a very genuine personality, and that makes everything vibe just right. I went in blind and now I see what I've been missing. Super duper high-speed data. Yeah buddy...I was able to stop and guide a tourist today while out picking up lunch. Maps opened in a snap, and she was on her way....true story. Any previous carrier I used before and there are many....couldn't match this with a 10-foot pole and a friend pushin....
