Personable staff and decent location. 5 stars if they remodel the inside, but it gets the job done. The gentleman who drew my blood was good, I didn't feel a thing! I can't speak to the wait times as I was the only one there during the week at 830 am.

Had an appointment, they took me right in, very friendly and very professional. Followed all sanitary guidelines. Got my blood on first try. Waiting room was clean , not many waiting.

My doctor sent me to the Sierra Rose location. Waiting room was packed, low on staff and estimated wait time was over an hour. Drove to the Virginia Street location and no wait time. Easy check in process. Courteous staff.
