Bought a power recliner from Macy's.It doesn't work correctly.The salesman told me that they don't do any repairs and they sell everything as is don't buy from these guys.They have no idea where to get parts or labor.

Macy’s furniture store from the sales associate to delivery and customer service is amazing, especially Esther at the Macy’s furniture store located in Reno Nevada. Thank you Esther you are a wonderful sales representative and I’m very thankful for you.!

I had the most terrible experience purchasing furniture at Macy's I purchased a 3 piece leather reclining sofa a Townsend Queen size bed a Townsend upright Chester drawer total amount $6112.45 The first bed was defective they ordered another bed the second bed was defective The delivery team was in my house and damage a lot of my personal items I contacted the store manager Carlos and ask him Would he come and verify and he told me why was I not watching them then I talk To my sales lady and she told me the same thing why was I not watching them I would advise anybody not to purchase any furniture from Macy's you would be better off going to scandinavian design or either mor Furniture By the way read the Macy's past reviews

They went above and beyond to help me figure out the style number/etc of the couch i wanted despite in the end, buying it online afterward! Fernando and Camila were the best!!

Same old stuff, nothing new and exciting. I have gone there dozens of time and they don't seem to have anything of quality in stock. Disappointing when you build a new house and can't find any furniture close by!

The purchase process was smooth but the delivery was absolutely ridiculous. My mom is elderly and only has a land line she doesn't text the delivery was set for 3-6 then I was lied to and told they arrives at 5:27 when I asked my mom she said no one showed up I called back and was told someone would be there around 6:30 yet again that time comes and goes. I called back the next day at 7:30am nd was told the truck showed up at 6:57 and no one was home. My mom had been home all day waiting for these guys. No one called and can't get texts because she only has a landline. No one rang the door bell or knocked on the door. The delivery service guys did not do their due diligence. It's absolutely ridiculous that we can't even have them attempt delivery the following days because it takes a whole new process to re-inventory the items and then get it scheduled, we probably won't see the mattress for antober month. DONT waste your time buying from these guys.

I loved the sales people.I loved what I bought!Then the delivery drivers didn't show up twice despite saying continually throughout the day they would be arriving. Each reschedule pushed delivery out 4 more weeks.

Thought Macy's would be reputable and sell what is represented on their floor.. The chair I received has same lights. Cup holders & power just is an ugly recliner.
