I was initially disappointed by the staff but then the manager “Jude” came and talked. Very nice guy. I’m appreciative how they received feedback and acted on it. I’ll go to their new location.

Fun place. However, their gift card process seems shamefully misleading. I purchased a $500 gift card a couple months ago to only learn today that it cannot be used for booking any races. Seems like a terrible oversight that is extremely frustrating
