Was a one star, bank took action to rectify the problem so 3 star, they'd probably get a 4 if this had been just properly handled from the beginning. Customer service is important.

I just hate their hours online it says their closed sat and Sunday but Saturday there are open at 10 am. All other banks are open on Saturday until 2 at least you can update your online days and time....

Been banking here for a few years. Ever since covid things just aren't the same. We used to have a business personal Banker. In the last few months that person left and still No replacement. Also they are now closed on Saturday.
