“Sam's club gas station is a major reason for having a membership. It's usually the cheapest place in town. They're open for long hours, even after the store closes. They still provide accessories to wash your windows. They have a lot of bays so the fill-ups are quick.”

“This was an excellent Raley’s. I have not been to one in years since moving to areas they are not present, so this was a refreshing shopping experience. I miss having a Raley’s nearby!”

“A lovely shop! Clean, well-organized, well-lit.
Found everything I need and more. Check out this Purple Haze cheese from Cypress Grove. A great gift for any goat-cheese enthusiast. ?

One problem, and to be fair it was 11 am, so maybe I was there at a bad time, but the garlic rotisserie chicken was very dry.

I recommend Sprouts for a delicious, juicy rotisserie chicken at a better price.”

“The staff at Sam’s Pharmacy are the absolute best. Since my first interaction with them I decided to move all my prescriptions there.

They are kind & have worked with me on all my prescriptions I have needed.

Whether it’s getting my prescription ready in a timely manner through offering me solutions when any issues arise with my medications.

I would recommend them to anyone & everyone!”

“This club is comparable to Costco with less costly membership. You still spend more than you would at Walmart because of the bulk items. Very convenient and good shopping experience. 4.2”

“I have shopped here a few times and was never disappointed, but today I had an experience of excellent customer service.

I called to order a large load of water (in cans). The phone was answered immediately, and Aidan checked on stock and advised on options. A few hours later when I showed up manager Patrick knew exactly what I was talking about. He too was very friendly, went to grab the big load (which had already been readied with my name on it), and quickly rang me up and helped me by bringing it out to my car.

I will do any such shopping at this Raley’s going forward.”

“We've made a game of accruing "fuel points" at Smith's (at the store, via digital coupons, shopping on extra points days) so that we can get $1-off per gallon of gas. We save lots!”

“Absolutely Wonderful Professional staff from the front desk to the Nurses and PCP Drs and Mental Health Dr!! I have a PCP Dr and Counselor here and was SO excited that they added the Mental Health Dr that they did. They all legit work together and thru their actions you will see just how caring and loving all these are! I'm 100% elated and beyond satisfied with all the cate I received here and the bonus is it's all under 1 roof!!”

“This is a cool store, as far as Reno RALEY’S go.
But all Raley’s have a loyalty card, to get the real savings you need a digital coupon, in a store where you can’t connect to the internet, to log in to an app that doesn’t work.”

“I moved from a pharmacy (different company) that was continually rude and ineffective to Walmart on 7th street. What a night and day experience! Walmart personnel have been super helpful. They listen and answer my questions and treat me with respect. I highly recommend them.”

“Walk in service for a vaccine was super fast and easy - pharmacist got to me between a series of customers. I think I waited a total of 10 minutes after filling out paperwork. Can't say the same for CVS or Walgreens. I'm going here from now on!”

“Best pharmacy in South Reno. Don’t understand the 1 star reviews, but my guess is they don’t understand how the pharmacy/prescriber relationship works. They are personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you want to see bad go across the way to CVS. You’ll see what 1 star is.”

“Less expensive than Raley's, better quality than Wal-Mart. I wish I didn't have to drive 40 miles to visit Smith's. Have shopped with them more than 20 years.”

“Another great family owned and operated business! They are extremely knowledgable and offer some of the best supplement brands on the market. I've been getting my hormones custom compounded with them for years.”

“I do have an issue with a tech there named Charizz who hangs up the phone before me or my husband is done speaking. Yesterday, she asked when I would like to get my prescription, and I said in 20 mins. She "well it we be over a half hour," and she hung up when I was responding!!! This was about the 3rd time she has done that to me or my husband. I called back and asked for the pharmacy manager.
I myself work 12 hour days with patients. I have to treat them as customers with respect and be polite. Every place that gets money from you and your insurance, you provide excellent customer service. Baj did an incredible job with handling the issue with top customer services, utmost respect, and understanding. Thank you, Baj! Walmart needs more people like you!”

“Thomas is the best pharmacist. His level of care, attention to detail, and education of patients is of the highest level. Safeway Pharmacy is indeed fortunate to have Thomas on the team. He should be recognized for his amazing service to us. We appreciate you Thomas. from two grateful patients.”

“this is the best pharmacy I've ever used. Especially in comparison to the other pharmacies I've tried in Reno. The Walmart Pharmacy is well staffed they are always sweet to me they are super fast and I've never had them make a mistake. They are super Duper on top of everything and they also have money saving suggestions.”

“Even though I had to wait outside for a WellCare pharmacy tech to bring me my medication my experience with the WellCare pharmacy has always been great. Everyone is very polite and follows the rules/policy of the company as far as I can tell. And the delivery option is great too.”

“Thank you, Smiths! I love your grocery pickup. I would say 90% of the time it has been a good experience. There have been 2 times I had items missing and customer service refunded it immediately. There's only been one occasion where my order was missing half the items & it was remedied quickly! I love that I can do a same day grocery pickup. Now if only you carried my dog food- I could go to only this store! I love the fuel points especially in this economy & all the digital coupons. You are my go to store! Thank you so much for that grocery pickup- as a mom of 3 it is is a LIFE SAVER!”

“I had some issues with this pharmacy a while back but staff is really nice and tries their best to help. Working with limited resources. Updating because I left a bad review a few months ago after thinking I was intentionally being hung up on. Sort of randomly the window pharmacist or helper brought up that they were having phone problems etc and I think in retrospect that is what happened in my case so I wanted to update it and thank Noah for clarifying for me”

“OptionCare is the best health care provider I have EVER dealt with! Each and every person that works there is amazingly professional and truly darling to work with. They call me to remind me of my delivery of my product & also spend time asking me how I am doing on this medication & what else they can do for me. They genuinely care and are sincere in the way they handle my deliveries~ they are on top of it!
I truly adore hearing from them and know them by their first names. A wonderful crew!”

“We've been using this Walmart Pharmacy for about two years and they are seriously the best. Prescriptions are ready for pickup fast, often by the time I check out from the dr appt. The staff is super nice and friendly and always willing to help. They are also not understaffed like many other pharmacies. I called today to follow up on one and they don't have it in stock so they called different pharmacies in the area (non-Walmart) to find it for me. They called right back and had our prescriptions sent over already to another pharmacy. After years and years of CVS and other companies we've definitely found our pharmacy.”

“Far better experience when compared to the Sparks CVS off McCarran and Prater. Great costumer service. They answer their phones. They seem to care about those costumers. I was ready to write off CVS Pharmacy for life before I went to this particular location. Thanks for the hard work.”

“Honestly it worth the membership fees to get everything you need in one trip. Normally wouldn't shop here regularly but recently I have been due to how terrible the Walmart is in this area. Friendly staff, always stocked with products again worth the membership fees.”

“The general clinic gets a good rating. I've visited a couple of times and the staff have been pleasant and helpful. However there are no *mental* health specialists available. Fortunately, there are *behavioral health* specialists available, but I have learned that the behavioral lens can interfere with effective treatment of non-behavioral issues. Since I am struggling with the impacts of my mental health diagnoses (not my behavioral health) and I didn't understand the difference, my attempts to receive mental health assistance actually worsened my mental health for a bit.As far as talk therapy goes, the first therapist I saw lied to me during the session (a highly triggering experience for me), then, at the end of the session, told me that he wouldn't see me until I was medicated. I then saw a medication based therapist who refused to prescribe medications that have worked for me in the past (because he didn't want to prescribe them "right away") and provided an alternative prescription (designed for a different diagnosis). When I expressed concern that the prescription has a higher likelihood of negative side effects when taken with an OTC I was taking (to help manage my mental health), he was incredibly dismissive, suggesting that I was uninformed. Desperate for help, I took the prescribed medicine anyway. When I reported a bad reaction to the prescription (lack of REM sleep, high anger levels, and skin rash), the therapist seemed to dismiss my concerns as dissatisfaction with the slow release aspect of the medication. The medication therapist first stated he would prescribe a mood stabilizer to counteract the reported side effects, then, a few minutes later, dropped me as a patient instead. I'm grateful as I now know that the medication he was going to add would have actually exacerbated some of my symptoms even more. I'm still hopeful that I can get assistance from a behavioral talk therapist, and I've been on a wait list for a different talk therapist about 6 months. The world needs more Native healers, especially mental health healers.”

“Shohreh and Tegan and the rest of the staff here are hard workers and try so hard to help the customer. They always seem so short staffed/super busy, but if you wait a minute, they will help you and answer all your questions/needs. Smith's/Kroger needs to help them out staffing wise because they always seem to be working at 110%.”

“I've been lucky for the most part haven't had too many issues with Rx's been being filled. Biggest issue I have is insurance forces me to go here. I got other places where I like the people better but insurance says nope you got to go here or we won't cover you.”
