“This pharmacy is one of my favorites. The pharmacy techs really do go above and beyond! They have contacted insurance on my behalf to help me understand ridiculous, unexpected charges (and helped me find workarounds). They have gathered all medications they think may be safe for my 9 year old to run by the pharmacist before letting me know what is safe. I am so grateful for them when dealing with illnesses, medication, and insurance can be so difficult.”
“Costco pharmacy near plum Lane Reno NV was so kind to me. There prescription drop off was very caring and efficient. This lady introduced me to pharmacist and the severe skin condition of my legs and was very knowledgeable and caring towards me. Also the Lady who gave me was extremely nice and efficient. I've been a member at Costco for 13 years (fantastic store) but this the first time I used the pharmacy; I highly recommend this Pharmacy”

I got to the window at 7:58pm and from experience with other pharmacies I was sure they’d be closed. “I called my CVS Pharmacist t 8:30am because I was almost out of my medication. I left voicemail and and expected to hear back later
in the day. I received a call 30 minutes later and my prescription was ready in an hour. The technician I spoke with suggested I get my prescription every 3 months for convenience and I appreciated the suggestion, and so made the change. I received great customer service that morning.

“I have to give this location 5 stars. They have gone above and beyond to help me with all of my prescriptions. The pharmacist Bernie and the other pharmacist, and all of their staff have been so kind and helpful. Yes they are understaffed at times and the hold times on the phone could be improved, but so are a lot of most pharmacies. The issues with the government getting involved in our health care has made it almost impossible for a lot of pharmacists to do their job right and be mindful and helpful to us patients. But again, I give high 5 stars to Bernie and his staff for their service and help to us. Hope I can stay here for a long time.”

“I don’t know the name of the young lady that helped me the evening of Friday, February 13, 2026, but she was wonderful and she was concerned about me getting my prescription. I had been there before earlier that day and dealt with an evil angry, spiritually ugly woman and I was really discouraged and not wanting to return to the store. But the young lady that helped me in the evening was wonderful and got me my prescription filled even though the person before had not filled it for me like she said she would. I still have faith in Walgreens due to that wonderful young lady.”

“As someone that has gone to this costco for so many years my to favorite people are Heather and Julie that work at the doors they r amazing and remember our daughter and always so sweet they also do a great job. When I have to bring my service animal in, they understand the laws and able to go in without having to wait for a mangers to come and tell me it's okay. I have issues everytime I go in with most of the men that have worked the front but both of these lady are completely incredible. Even when no service animal they take the time to say hi to us and see how we r doing, also seen it with multiple other people they have done it with it warms my heart getting to go to this store”
