We’ve always found the customer service to be great. Lucy and Halen in particular, have been excellent to work with. There’s rarely a long wait (at least when I come in) and it’s very personable- no speaking to them through glass!

Great local bank, I just wish they had additional locations in Reno. The staff is always very helpful and they are conveniently located throughout Northern California
