10/10, normally I go to a t-mobile store and they make me buy a new phone, screen repair took an hour and staff was very pleasant and easy to work with

Very Rude, with a terrible attitude. He stated false claims on the info his receipt would contain. He was also not willing to work with a third party (a simple phone call) that I purchased Insurance through for repair reimbursement. I would give him ZERO stars if possible.
