“Just had a very positive experience at the store when Casey helped resolve an issues I was having with my iPhone. It was a technical problem with IPv6 not functioning when I was on cellular data. Well, I know a bit about networking, and I jumped ugly when I thought I was getting a BS answer. Casey stood his ground, very professionally, and worked with me even though I was clearly not in the best frame of mind. The issue was resolved, and he even went above and beyond what I would consider normal support to try and find out why the problem had occurred in the first place. Bad service gets noted all the time...but this guy did a very good and professional job, and deserves recognition for that. Well done!”

He did everything possible to make sure we were helped despite multiple obstacles he continued to work with us for hours, quite literally his whole shift he was there with us until we got the plan we needed. He even skipped his lunch just to help us, he made sure to get us the best possible deal and he was incredibly kind and honest with us about everything when others would have most likely tried to rip us off to make a profit he made sure we got what we wanted for a fair price and never got frustrated even though almost nothing wanted to work for him that day he was determined to get it taken care of and find a solution to the problem so we could do what we needed and not have to come back again.
