“I had an outstanding experience thanks to Lazaro! He was the only employee working at the time, yet he remained professional, and was incredibly patient while helping me fix an issue with my phone. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. What impressed me most was that while he was helping me, he was also greeting every customer who walked in and assisting others without missing a beat. Even though he was clearly busy, everyone was acknowledged and treated with kindness and respect. Employees like him are hard to find. He went above and beyond, and because of the excellent service I received, I will absolutely be returning to this store when it's time to upgrade my phone. He truly deserves recognition—and in my opinion, a raise—for the outstanding customer service he provides”
“My daughter needed a new IPhone, so we met at T-Mobile and we’re helped by a sales technician named John. He was amazing. Before my daughter unloaded her two toddlers out of the car, John advised her she just needed to go to the Apple Store and they would honor her warranty and get her a new phone right away. John then reviewed my plan and found away to update the plan I was on, get me a new IPhone for next to nothing extra per month, and helped me through the whole process. I would recommend John and their T-Mobile store for anyone looking to upgrade their phones or just get information on a new plan that they might qualify for. Warren”

“I have to give 10 stars to the ladies this morning. I was selling a phone to one of their customers and they helped me unlock the phone reset the password which took a couple hours for Apple. “Huge shoutout to Marcos at the AT&T on Kietzke Lane! My SIM card got locked and my phone was completely useless, but Marcos stepped up and helped me big time. He got my phone activated and running perfectly again, and he even waived the fee to give me the new SIM card for free since money was tight. Incredible customer service—he really looked out for us when we needed it!”

“The Hispanic lady with the long nails is so nice! I have a boost closer to where I live but I come to this location cuz she’s so helpful. She helped me upgrade my phone last year and then she helped me add another line with our own device from another carrier. Very efficient and friendly! Boost is great I have no issues with them and will be staying with them but having a store to visit in person is very nice”

“I stopped in this location because I was going to get my haircut and T-Mobile was next door. I had gotten tired of spectrum and already had switched my internet to T-Mobile, so thought I'd see about switching cel service, too.
Lydia was the young woman that helped me and she was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and friendly and cheerful. Anything that Lydia wasn't sure of, she asked her manager, Cesibel, who was equally friendly and cheerful and knew what to do to proceed.
Very happy and highly recommend this T-Mobile location!”

“Ok. I actually visited the one on Mccarran Blvd. in Sparks. She was awesome & I would highly recommend this location.
Do NOT recommend the location on Rock Blvd., Sparks. Got there at 5:06 p.m. (open till 7 p.m.). A handwritten sign..back at 5:30. Annoying but...waited as important to get transaction completed. 5:43 STILL not back so gave up and went to McCarran Crickett where we were helped immediately.”
“Akhil absolutely took care of me. I came in looking for a new phone plan, and not only did he help me get onto a better plan, but he also helped me upgrade my phone, which was definitely overdue.
I originally wasn’t looking to get a new phone, but mine was starting to fall apart, so I was open to it if I found the right option. Akhil took the time to explain the different options and helped me find a phone that was actually a great fit for my needs rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive thing.
After feeling like I was overpaying with AT&T, it’s honestly refreshing to feel like I’m being taken care of. Akhil was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I got what worked best for me. I’m very grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend seeing him if you’re looking for a new plan or phone.”

“dion genuinely helped me beyond words. i had a very frustrating and traumatic experience with t mobile where they refused to unlocked my fully paid off phone. they were unable to switch my current phone over to spectrum due to this. dion was able to offer us different options and plans within these circumstances! after we came up with a game plan to switch i realized the phone i had hoped to get was out of my budget. he then went to the back and found me a similar model that was on sale! i was going to leave spectrum today without a new phone but dion made it possible. thank you so much for your help!”
“Local brick and morter store and they immediately had the laser printer I needed for a failed office printer, only $7 more than Amazon. Got in and out quick, so that office printer was back up same day. I didn't have to ask for a price match. Also same prices for a lot of hard drives, USB drives, and SSDs, with no worries about Amazon fakes when it comes to storage needs too.”
