    I ordered oxygen equipment a week ago have not heard anything from them they said they would have ready on the 4-22-25 I could really use nebulizer to do medication bummed

    Worst customer service stood there for 45 minutes the woman was rude and said that pick up takes priority over drop off even though I had been there for 30 minutes already.

    I have been trying to reach someone, ANYONE, at this company to replace my oxygen tanks. They never have answered any of my messages, or phone calls or anything. I have no idea what to do next, but I guess the next thing is to call billing and tell them to refund my monthly charges. (That may get their attention.)
