My key to the lock broke and the unit employee put a lock on my storage unit set a code was gonna be text to the number within an hour. This was at 10 AM. Around 5 o’clock after calling multiple times all day couldn’t get a live person had to call the rental one to get a live person. My license debit card keys to my house was in my jacket that I locked in the locker. Finally got the coat the combination around 7 PM or six. Was in Fernly no way to get gas. Had to hitchhike to town showed up five minutes late and I couldn’t even get in now. I sit outside freezing waiting to get into my locker so I can get my license and my debit card and my keys. Just a check home do not rent from these people. They are crooks. They raise the rates to unreasonable amounts and keep you locked out of your storage all day after trying to call all day and not having a live person answer.

Do you have a lot restrictions and rules? It says you can’t hang around your storage or take your belongings outside the storage to go through it.

I had my storage there for about a year and a half and you price gouge me going on three times now for a 10x10 which is so not worth $300! Storage sucked and I found another one that's bigger for half the price I would not recommend Public Storage

Great storage place. It is very clean. There is no personel or security here which makes it unsafe sometimes. I had another gate tailgating and i had to wait for the gate to close so the guy couldn't get in with my code but i was surprised there was nobody here to report the issue. Still a good place and reasonably priced.

I’ve been using Public Storage for several years now, with three units, and I’ve always had a great experience. The facility is secure, well-maintained, and the staff has always been helpful. Today, I had an issue with my account, and Brenda went above and beyond to assist me. She was patient, understanding, and worked quickly to resolve the issue. Excellent customer service!

Pretty pricey no actual office to to talk to a live person. Instead I get a machine to do everything and on top of that u have to call the 1800 number to talk to a person and in order to pay the first payment u have to go to another location to pay...........
Also to add to it I lost a very sentimental unit due to some financial hardship and a spouse dispute I lost a unit for $30. One tv in there I had was worth way more than that. Like 1200 to be exact. Wat pity they wouldn't accept a partial payment.

I had intended to rent a second 10’ x 30’ unit this month in order to transfer my belongings and save money in the long run. Instead I was instructed to transfer my storage unit at no additional cost. I met with Kayla this morning to select the new unit number. She was helpful, polite, clear and concise. The entire process took 5 minutes. Throughout the day, she checked on me and my progress (I’m 70 years old undertaking this huge project). I couldn’t be more pleased that my rent has dropped from $589 to $215 a month. Since I vacated my old unit on the 8th, the monthly rent will be prorated. The new rent ($215) will also be prorated. Kayla explained I will have a positive balance at the end of November which will be applied to December. She expects my surplus will cover next month’s rent entirely. The entire staff at this location is so helpful. They look out for their client base.

This business is shady!!! My rent keeps increasing…$50+ about every six months!!!! Without notice! The app is useless! The storage facility on Selmi…there is rarely any manager on property to speak with…the gate stays open overnight often bc of some glitch. They also over charged me $300 a while back bc I had three units and combined to one, gave them plenty of notice and was out a few days early! But bc the manager hadn’t processed paperwork or whatever I had to pay an extra month on the two units I vacated! If they weren’t literally across the street from me, I would have already moved to a different storage business. DONT WASTE UR TIME RENTING WITH PUBLIC STORAGE! THEY ARE COMPLETE RIPOFFS!!!!

I did the self check in and it was easy and problem free. Space was clean. Facility was clean. Opening the gate through the app was easy. The only issue I would have is being informed if the storage was on a hill. Difficult to load and unload boxes and items.
