We stayed here by chance. Our original reservation at a different property was over ooked and they sent us to the Residence Inn. Our room was awesome. Great layout and the full kitchen was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Reno.

Ome of the nicest hotels I've stayed in and I say that as someone who traveled as a profession for 49 years.
All the staff are delightful. The owners and management are clearly on the ball.

The hotel is spic and amazing. Loved the courteous staff and the guidance by the receptionist Jasmine. It’s very good compared to many downtown hotels
