Savers is a global thrift retailer that offers gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. The store promotes a Rethink Reuse model by purchasing, reselling, and recycling items, helping communities and keeping over 700 million pounds of used goods out of landfills each year. It operates over 300 locations, including brands like Value Village, Unique, and Village des Valeurs, with a team of around 22,000 employees. Customers appreciate the store for its clean and organized environment, friendly staff, and the availability of items they need. Many find shopping here to be a good way to save money, especially with discounts. The store is also valued for its role in supporting nonprofit organizations through donations and purchases, providing vital community support. However, some customers have experienced issues with staff behavior, describing moments of rudeness and rushing at closing time. Others have noted a decline in product quality over the years, with items sometimes torn, stained, or with incorrect tags, making the shopping experience less enjoyable. Pricing can vary, with some feeling items are overpriced for thrift store standards. Overall, Savers remains a popular choice for thrift shopping, donation, and community support, despite occasional concerns about product quality and customer service.
Great store! Employees are wonderful, love the gals upfront... everyone so nice. This store is so clean & organized.

The price is very unreasonable. There are dishes that are rotten and damaged, have no value but are very expensive. Or it's the same cup, but the big and small ones are the same price.

Was lucky to find what I needed. Security guard was very helpful when I came back the next day to return products that didn't fit.
