I paid right then over the phone. Been nice if they called to say tomorrow we charge a late fee. Or since I clearly forgot a.nd paid right then, they could have shown me a little love.. -1 star”

“I rented from Panther for two years, and my experience was extremely easy and relaxed. I originally rented a unit that was too large, and they worked with me very quickly to get a smaller unit sorted. I never had any trouble with the gate and I found the front staff to be incredibly kind. When I vacated the process was super simple, and they were very communicative during the process.
All in all I found they were always willing to work with me, and very relaxed (like one time my credit card changed and I forgot to swap it over in time, we worked it out immediately and had no issues.)

“Been here for a while now. The staff are super sweet and helpful. I had a very misfortunate event happen to my unit yet Rod was extremely helpful and truly caring through put the entire process. I'm glad I found this place and intend to keep a unit here. It is an open 24 hour access but they have a good camera system to prevent theft issues.”
