A huge part of that is because of Emily, the manager. She has always gone above and beyond to help me. Whether I needed to cancel, reschedule, make changes, or get assistance with the placement of my trailer, Emily has always handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She makes the entire process so simple and always makes you feel like a valued customer.
After three years of consistently great service, I can honestly say I would only use and recommend this storage facility. It is hard to find customer service like this anymore, and Emily is a perfect example of how customers should be treated.

“Amazing service!! to begin, Tammy calls me to verify if I was requesting 3 units, which was my mistake and I had made 3 different reservations for 3 different units(only needed 1 unit)but she was really helpful and got that all taken care of.
Upon arrival, we noticed the unit was too small for our needs and decided to call office and arranged a transfer to a bigger unit, which Glenn at the office did, in just seconds and so easy.”

“If it were not for saying they had to get the truck from Oddie and U-Haul Corporate (or the Oddie Location Itself) telling us to bring the truck back to THEIR location and giving us a bunch of bullshit lip and attitude (U-Haul Oddie) when we did what they told us on the phone - which conflicted what I was told here. They even invluded the Dolly, something the guys at the U-Haul on El Rancho forgot when we moved here 5 years ago. I arrived before they opened and picked up the truck fairly quick despite being told it was at the "Oddie Location down the street". It had 3/4th tank of gas in it, and the price was great. The truck had a couple flaws - you had to really slam the driver's door to shut it, and the rain gutter on one side seemed to be bent, but that's nothing considering the truck was clean, nice,w orked, and was surprisingly good on gas, especially dealing with the idiots who drive I-80 like they are in the Monte Carlo Grand Prix. After an argument with the idiots at Oddie, who gave us a lot of attitude the minute we showed up, kept misinforming us on repeat of the wrong location. I returned the truck here and it was easy as can be, and the price was better than I expected or what Oddie/CORP U_haul was quoting us. So yeah, I'd rent from these guys again.”

He always reaches out to me if a unit hasn't been serviced or if for some reason we moved it He is very pleasant to speak to over the phone. Always very responsive. And if I have anything extra that I need from him, he never has a problem helping me.”
“Came here to deliver, appointment was at 11am, but Receiver was so generous to unload the freight at 8am. Leach location is in the back of front building. Nearby TA truck stop.”
“Though I have had no shortage of issues with U-Haul equipment rentals (none of which picked up from this location) the team here and especially the Manager Eric, have been nothing but outstanding to work with.
The storage facility itself is clean and secure, unlike some facilities in town, all of the gates and doors work like they’re supposed to.”
