Speedway Market is the neighborhood’s store, boasting a wide and impressive collection of beer, wine, liquor, and just about everything else needed. It is considered one of the biggest gems in Nevada, or even the western region, with the good stuff at great prices. The store has an amazing whiskey selection, something not expected from a gas station. The service is the best, with the friendliest and most knowledgeable employees who are extremely fast and ready to go. It is an amazing place with wonderful service, worth every trip. Also home to some of the best Mexican food in town, Tacos los Charros operates inside. This unassuming gas station has a small take-out only Mexican restaurant that does not make "gas station" food, but just good food, period. While the menu is small, it covers tacos, burritos and the like, including amazing breakfast burritos. The food is delicious, fresh, tightly wound, and packed. The spicy salsas are really good. The staff is enthusiastic and all smiles, completely convincing customers of the quality. For the price, it is not a bad deal for what you get. The tacos stand is open inside and also outside in the parking lot on certain days.
