“Needing some UNR clothing for an upcoming football game and realizing I don't own any despite having earned multiple degrees from UNR, I stopped by Silver and Blue knowing I'd be able to find something for myself and my husband. The store is fully stocked and the staff is incredibly helpful. I was in and out within ten minutes finding not only clothes branding my alma mater that I needed but actually liking the ones I chose because the selection was so good. Go Pack!!”

“I recently signed up for my first half marathon. I decided on REI as the place to buy shoes because of the amazing return policy, however the service I received has made me an REI fan for everything outdoor gear. I walked into the shoe department and was greeted by Daisy. When I told her why I was there, she enthusiastically said “a baby runner!” Now, as a 41 year old woman, I could have been offended but her genuine excitement to help me made me excited too. After measuring my foot, asking about my foot strike, and the type of training I do, she set me up with 8 different pairs to try. She told me to test them out, run around the store (literally), and left me to it. I decided on a pair and thanked her for her help, but before I left she warned me about red lining, showed me some amazing stretches, and gave me some of the best encouragement. I did my first long(ish) run today and the difference between these and my old sneakers was astounding. This was the BEST retail experience I’ve ever had and it’s all thanks to Daisy in the Reno store. Give this girl a raise!”

“I spent 45 minutes in the store today shopping for shoes. There was a Black Friday sale at 30% off name brand shoes. They must have gotten about 7 or 8 different pairs of shoes before I found the ones that I wanted. They were patient, never got an attitude, and accommodated me the whole time.
I have shopped there before and the staff is always courteous and helpful and their selection of goods is quite amazing. I recommend giving them a try for sporting goods and especially shoes.”
“Shoes are one thing I have to buy in person for my kiddos and we really enjoy the kids selection & ease of shopping here. The prices are a bit steep, but the quality is worth it. Their shoes last much longer for my active kiddos.”
“The store was neat and clean and fully stocked. It's a nice big looking store. The salesperson was willing to be helpful. He asked if there was anything he could help us find as soon as we walked in. We said we were just looking. We did however ask for a specfic manager by name. Unfortunately he was out of town and the salesperson said he would let him know we stopped by.”

The store is located just across Virginia from the UNR Campus. *this location doesn't offer a restroom for customers. Silver and Blue Outfitters has a second location in Reno @ Meadowwood Mall.”
“Ordered the QA1 suspension kit for my nova.. QA1 sent 2 of same upper control arms, this all happened the Friday before a holiday weekend..Richard took his time and made sure over the course of the next week that I got the correct parts.. keeping me informed during this ordeal… thank you!!!”
“Went in the past few weeks because some of my leggings were ripping on the seam. Reagan was very friendly and helped me replace the pair. Those leggings were the first that I had bought from Lululemon and didn’t realize that they have the one year warranty on clothing. The clothes are a little expensive, but I will definitely be buying more because it was so easy to get the replacement and that makes it worth the cost for me.”
“I hadn't been in Dick's Sporting Goods for several years because I had such a poor experience the one time I went that I swore I would never return. That has been changed after my last visit. The service was helpful and the store was laid out in such a way that it made you want to shop. I thought the pricing was better than what you can find at Scheels and they seem to have a wide variety of things to choose from. I felt like I got the best deal and they were helpful in arranging delivery and set up (for a fee), but even that was not difficult. I really like that they do not sell assault rifles and other things that can modify guns into assault weapons.”
