Great shop, the owner was very knowledgeable and did and amazing job on the repairs. He was upfront and honest about what kind of work it would take and how long to repair an old Ibanez. Definitely will use his services in the future.

I just picked up the fourth guitar I've brought to Strings of Reno and marveled yet again at Wesley's extensive knowledge of guitars, quality craftsmanship and impeccable attention to detail. The setup work he has done has noticeably improved the playability and performance of each instrument. He has never tried to upsell me any services and he clearly explains the work he's going to do and has done. Strings has earned my business for life. I own another 15 fretted instruments and know each will need some work at some point. I will entrust the work to Wesley at Strings of Reno without hesitation.

Wes knows what hes doing. He was thorough with his questions about my needs and i got my guitar back better than i had expected. He set up my old jackson and made it look and feel brand new and the action was perfect. I will be having him work on all my guitars and basses. The wait list is long but its a testament to the work he does.

I brought my Telecaster and Stratocaster to Wesley for set up and on the Stratocaster new pickups, pots and electronics. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Wesley did for me.

Had him two of mine,, stainless frets on the Stratocaster, complete setup and dialing on my twelve string. My Adamas is next. Quality work ??

Many of the frets on my RainSong were badly worn and getting fret buzz. I took the instrument to Strings of Reno for new frets and setup. When Wesley was done, I found that the instrument had never played and sounded better - better than when it was new. He had the guitar about a month, but it was more than worth the wait. Wesley is outstanding. I now have a Taylor 416-ce and a Manuel Rodriguez custom classical that I took somewhere elsewhere for restringing. It did not work out, so I will take them to Wesley. I totally trust him to get it right - he's simply the best. He has earned my business for life.
