Hard time getting through there with truck and 20’ trailer. My unit’s roll up door was really hard to get closed, but they are aware and maybe it’s fixed.

You're not "open" if your office is closed and locked, and the answering service had no better answer than "try to call back in a few minutes and see if you get someone"
