Impossible to get a hold of, goes to the answering service who says they can only take emergency messages for the office and to keep calling the same number back till someone else answers, but it keep going to answering service. website says the office is open and the answering service said the office is open and they should answer, but they dont.

You're not "open" if your office is closed and locked, and the answering service had no better answer than "try to call back in a few minutes and see if you get someone"
