I called the Uhaul on Oddie Blvd in Reno Nevada and they booked me for a van on Saturday morning for 10am but when I showed up to pick up the van they told me I was at the wrong store so I went to the the other place and when I told her that I was there to pick up the van I reserved they told me that I was not supposed to pick it up until 3pm but when I made the reservation I was told 10am and I was told by the lady from the second store that the other location has been doing that to other people to I think that is bad business

Totally understaffed and unorganized. One person behind the desk trying to handle all the morning rush.
I had pre-paid for the truck and when my driver came to pick up the truck, they charged him again and made him pay cash.
I would not use this business again.

The customer service from the Uhaul representative was poor. She was very unfriendly and rushed. We also did not have anyone meet us outside and just left the vehicle running with keys inside. Strange process.
The good news is we had an excellent experience in the drop off at the California location and gave them a 5* review. Reno needs to work on the training of the employees.

Showed up around 6:15pm Saturday and found it was already closed. Hours here on Google and the U-Haul site mention closing time at 7pm.

Pick up was easy, truck was relatively clean, could use maintenence like real maintenance. After return check my account today to see a full payment went thru and yet still have a payment on hold..... now my account is overdrafted..... yall need to get things straight.

I had a great experience with this location renting a 6x12 enclosed trailer. The staff was polite and professional. They had my trailer ready to go when I arrived and had it hooked up and ready to go within a few minutes. I had a similar experience returning the trailer early in the morning. I'll definitely come back to this location for future moving needs.

Well it was originally 400 dollars the whole thing ended up costing me almost 600 over all I'm very disappointed I feel quite taken advantage of.

lil Miguel had a great smile checked me out quick and was very nice. Savana had a great since of humor and great smile.. Devin was great was attentive and quick.. Miguel the manager was looking sexy as can be and had a great smile and sense of humor. Great team you guys ..

My only suggestion would be to show people where the after hours key drop off is before they leave as it isn’t marked and was a little difficult to find my first time returning equipment after business hours. I always choose to go to this location because of the employees they’re always so nice and helpful.
