Staff was knowledgable and polite. Worked in a timely fashion. THE ONLY THING BAD TO ME WAS THAT CORPORATETOOK AWAY THE FREE RECYCLED BOX PROGRAM THEIR. I REALLY NEEDED SOME OF THOSE BOXES. but I still highly recommend this store. Charlie was awesome as well as Alton!

The customer service is awesome at U-Haul on oddie in Reno Nevada. The employees there are very informative and they definitely answer all questions. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth experience renting a truck or trailer for your next move or adventure!

I see a lot of 1 star reviews here, but I don’t have anything bad to say, except maybe the size of their lot is too small. My experience was perfect. Thanks guys!
