The entire staff at the south Meadows UPS store was so very friendly to me. Mike and Jennifer were especially helpful with Mike. Really going out of his way to help me with my problem. Thank you, UPS, you are the best.

Just needed a pre paid shipping return label printed. That’s it. Iv done this a 100 times, paid the 50 cent printer paper fee. But NEVER have I been charged $5.00, FIVE DOLLARS, to forward an email to their email so they can print it for me and slap it on my box? What? That is STEEP. Apparently is always been ‘policy’ and I guess this store is allegedly under ‘new ownership’. Cool, I’ll only be going to the Damonte store from now on :). Thanks!

Didn't know that my Amazon package for a return wasn't just drop off Amber figured out the problem and made it where I didn't have to be packaged by me and I could drop off instead. I was pretty rude to her and she maintained a professional stature corrected me politely and fixed the problem that was my mistake, Amber went above and beyond my expectations.

I had a great experience! I went in to get my passport photo taken. Clean white background, photo came out wonderful. Amber helped me with the process and was such an amazing help when it came to asking questions. The process was quick professional friendly will be coming back.

This UPS store has been my go to for the last 5 years. The staff is always ready to help in anyway they can, makes wonderful suggestions and handles more complicated and occasionally means clients very professionally. I was witness to how professional and kind they were with a very aggravated customer (no actual fault of the staff I might add). They were able to diffuse the situation and help her as best they could. I enjoy seeing the staff whenever I am there

I had a $10 return to Amazon and my printer was not working so I went in here to print the mailing label. Expected to pay $1. or so for print. Owner has a $5.00 service charge on top of cost to print the label. That is ridiculous, thought they were supposed to be a place to conveniently mail and take packages, isn't that the service they supposedly offer? I didn't expect to do it for free but that just feels like greed to me. Won't be back to either location they own on South Meadows or Damonte Ranch parkway.

If a business is supposed to be open until 5 PM, according to the hours they have posted publicly, then a customer should be able to drop off a ready-to-go package up until that time. I arrived today at 4:55 PM to find the store dark and locked. Had I known they were closing early today, I would have chosen a different location. It wasn't even as if there was an employee still visible in the store and they had just started to close. The employee(s) were long gone and the store was completely closed when I got there. I thought I had made a mistake when I had first looked at their hours before I left my house, but everywhere I checked did indeed say 5 PM, the same closing time as a nearby UPS store. I wish I had chosen the other store to drive to because now I couldn't make it to any location in time. Like most people, I'm a busy person; my time and the gas in my car are worth something. It's rude, unprofessional and not good for business to close early. (I guess since it's Saturday there was something more fun to do then staying at work.) Next time I have any business to do at a UPS store, I won't go to this one.
