The team at this UPS store was amazing. Specifically, Mony helped me with a difficult international shipment. It was a gift to my son who is attending school overseas. There was a lot of complexity to getting this correctly entered into the system but she took care of it all. She was patient and had a great attitude.

Miss Moni at this location on wedge parkway in Reno Nevada was So helpful to me last week. She packaged the box of precious candle jars safely. My friend received the package just in time for birthday and she was so calming in helping me that day. Thank you so much! I would give 6 stars if I could! 🙏🫶

We have been through our ups and downs with the change of management at this store. However, we are now so pleased with this store. Mony and the staff there are always so helpful, and friendly. My employees go in this store on a daily basis to pick up work that is sent to us every day. We are always greeted and taken care of. Even during their busy Christmas season, the staff was amazing. Mony has really made a difference in our process of getting our packages and mail. I would recommend this store over the other UPS stores here locally. We could change stores to a location that is closer to us, but we are so please with the service we have received here, that I can imagine changing.

Shipped expensive medical supplies from this store few weeks back to my new address I moved to, the associate in the store who helped me reassured me boxes where adequate and helped me tape up the corners. When I received the boxes they were in really bad shape, torn, crushed, gapping holes with missing supplies worth hundreds of dollars. UPS makes it nearly impossible to file a claim, they told me to reach out to the store I shipped it from to help me. When I called and spoke the manager she was quite rude and defensive kept cutting me off and stated this was my fault for not providing an adequate box, i purchased boxes from home depot that stated heavy duty on side. When I told her the associates in store saw my boxes and said they were fine when I told them they were heavy and had expensive equipment she pretty much called me a liar and said her employees would never say that. She assured me she would file the claims on my behalf which is what UPS instructions said for her to do, well turns out she never did. She literally stated over phone she would and never followed through, she really acted like she did not care or had time to help me. I spent over $400 shipping these boxes. It was really unprofessional and disrespectful how I was treated. I am really disheartened Ive had to spend hours of my time jumping through hoops trying to figure out how to submit claims. I will never use this store or UPS again.

There was a gentleman, very friendly and helpful, and a middle aged lady who seemed bothered to answer my questions. Otherwise it was an easy in and out. Ihe branch has a steady pace of customers .
