“I had an exceptional experience with the Lexus service department, especially because of Julie. She was professional, thorough, and made sure my car was taken care of properly from start to finish. But what truly stood out was how far she went beyond her job to help me.
When i returned my loaner car, I accidentallly left my 5 year old granddaughter's Elsa dresses and matching shoes in the trunk. I didn't realize it until after the service department had closed, and her birthday party was the next day. I was absolutely panicked!
Julie stayed after work, found the car and the keys, retrieved the dresses and shoes, and then drove them all the way to my house. I was so touched by her kindness and thoughtfulness. She absolutely did not have to do that, but she went out of her way to help me.
Julie is the perfect example of what outstanding customer service looks like. She took excellent care of my car, but more importantly, she took care of me. Lexus is incredibly lucky to have someone like Julie representling their dealership.

“I had a car shipped from Irving,Tx to Reno, Nv. I live in Las Vegas, Nv. The car was a gift for my daughter who lives in Reno. There was the challenge of ensuring everything was set, so that I would not need to make a second trip to Reno at a later date. Airline tickets between Las Vegas and Reno are about $600. It was emphasised to sales person I spoke to, that I needed this coordinated and could not afford any mistakes or missing or additional paperwork. Any mishap would cause a second trip on my part. I would like to recognise Claribelle Price at the Reno dealership who made this happen without a hick-up. That includes dealing with the trade in. When service advisor Michael left I thought we were done. The day I found out Michael had left the service department was the first time in my life I asked for a cash offer for my beautiful, reliable, and loved Volvo.
But then Jared came; he gave me hope. After the first day I had fallen back in love with Bill Pearce Volvo service. Jarad is an amazing guy. He knows everything I don’t need to know about my Volvo; and is always honest with me. ONE SINGLE TIME I thought I was smarter than Jared and got the basic service. A month later I was stranded on a bad side of town because a spark plug that would have been replaced by the recommended service had failed. It cost me far more cash and peace of mind than the recommended service would have ever cost me. Listen to Jared, he knows exactly what he is talking about.
Michelle is amazing. Today she made me feel more human than I had ever felt in Bill Pearce Volvo. I always thought I knew Michael Sanderson, and hope I still do, wherever he is now.
