The guy that helped me was over all nice and did his best to assist me. However my overall experience wasn't great. The wait time to be helped was over 30 minutes. I went in to buy a new phone and stated several times I wanted to pay for it in full. They reviewed my account and insisted I had a "promotion" to use that would give me my new phone almost free. I asked what the requirements where to use the promotion and I was told I only needed to upgrade my plan which was a $7.00 a monthly increase on my bill, that was all. I agreed to move forward, rather than just pay for the phone in full. Upon completing my transaction I was told I had to leave my old phone as a trade in to use the promotion. I was upset since that was not what was explained to me when I asked for more information on the requirements for the promotion and I wanted to keep my (just paid off) phone. When I asked why the promotion was not explained to me in full, they said, :we're sorry if you misunderstood us." There was NO misunderstanding, they did not disclose all the information. It was clear they care more about making a sale then the customer sitting in front of them. Extremely disappointment with location and would recommend going elsewhere for your Verizon needs.

My salesman, Nick, looked into the best plan that would work for me regarding my purchase of a new iPhone and explained the pros and cons of each one and made it easier to make the correct decision for my needs. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

See previous msg about Verizon's new policies for prepaid customers. The GREAT Victra agent told me the steps to get a prepaid phone activated ( buy one somewhere else, come back, speak to tech support to activate) then l gladly paid for assistance with setup, liquid glass screen, and charging block. I was SO RELIEVED.I believe Verizon should rethink their new prepaid marketing policy

The store people messed up my order and their reply was there is nothing we can do. The first day they said the payment was different and then the bill came different. They also didn’t disclose some fees to us. The customer service sucked and the people looked like they didn’t wanna work there. When we went there to clarify, they said we would have to call customer service and when we called customer service, they said we needed to go to the store. We also ordered iPhone 15 pro max with them and they kept on changing the delivery date. We ordered whatever color they had available for quicker delivery but they changed the delivery to another three weeks. At this point I was very frustrated at having switched my line from T-Mobile to Verizon. I switched bc my friend recommended it and they had the healthcare discount but I should have just stayed with T-Mobile …

Went to the Verizon store on Mae Anne to see different styles of phones in person. The tech who assisted us was very kind in helping state what phones were in stock and what deals went on. Upon getting the phones and going through setting up a extra phone line she explained that each phone line had a $40 fee to set up the phones and transfer the information from another phone. I asked if we do this ourselves if the fee applies, to which she said she could apply a code to void it. Since it was a Sunday, she explained she was having difficulties obtaining that code and to contact *611 when we got home to have Verizon refund the $160 phone set up fees. I called Verizon and the customer service rep that helped me explained that they don't have any knowledge of the fee I was referring to and laughed that I was trying to get a fee reversed that doesn't exist and he would place a ticket to look into it. I called back 2 days later to look into the situation and was told no ticket existed and the current rep did not understand the fees I was discussing and she was as attempting to contact the store. After a brief pause she advised me to visit the store to further discuss the issue. After visiting the store, the manager assured me that the fee was a store policy to set up the accounts and upgrade the phones and perhaps I misunderstood the tech. I assured her there was no misunderstanding as we had to retrieve 2 of the 4 phones we purchased from another store, so it was impossible for them to even set the phones up. She then went into the back to call her manager. After she called him, she continued to advise that there must be a misunderstanding as that fee is the store policy and the tech explained the fees vs ordering online so I could have the phones in hand. This was incorrect as the fees were not discussed until check out and were stated as fees for setting up the phones and transferring information but would be waived if I took the phones in box home and activated them at home myself, which I did. The manager refused to refund the money again. Had the fees been properly explained I would have ordered everything online vs having another $160 incurred for a misleading charge. I would not recommend this store and would order online. We have been Verizon customers for over 12 years and have never been deceived in such a manner as this. Terrible customer service at the store and online.

Skyler was professional, friendly, patient (very!), and knowledgeable. I always felt confident in his skill and expertise in navigating our somewhat complicated process of switching our cell service to Verizon, as well as getting us set up with new cell phones and smart watches.
