“I hate to say my horse has better medical care than I do. They have an on call vet that showed up on the weekend before Christmas to help on an injury. The vet was super nice and professional. A separate instance. They had another vet come in the same day I called to help my senior horse through the first stages of colicing. They also were available on the phone to answer care questions. They also have notes on the vet bill that helps in recovery.”

“I am having a difficult time writing this review because I just feel there are NO WORDS to truly explain how loving, kind, compassionate and professional Dr. Jones, Crystal and all the staff were this week when I found myself in a very scary and heartbreaking situation with my beloved Boston Terrier. When I got home from work my precious best friend was struggling. I made a call to BluePearl knowing I needed help giving him peace. From the phone call to our arrival, we were treated with nothing but the utmost dignity, respect and love. I was counseled in great & gentle detail by various staff members about the entire process and how the staff would assist us in making the last moments of his precious lift peaceful, loving and Godly. The room we were hosted in was private, clean, comfortable and there was no pressure from the staff on how long it took us to say our goodbye. Additionally, I was incredibly impressed on how they assisted me to manage with his final resting arrangements. Thank you all - you were truly a blessing to me & Sammy this week and I am beyond grateful for the love and support you gave to us. May God bless and protect you all! Another time I needed Peavine was to get my Luna spayed and being a first time kitten owner Luna was keeping me up at night and again the staff at Peavine worked around my schedule to get Luna in asap. “We've been going to Mt. Rose Animal hospital for about a year now. We have two dogs (doodle and chihuahua) that get regular care and we are impressed with the service received. The staff and doctors are knowledgeable, attentive and caring. What makes this a 5+ star review was a recent experience with our doodle. For unknown reasons she became violently ill and would not eat or keep anything down. We honestly thought we were losing her, and at such a young age. The clinic was fully booked but when I explained what was going on they accepted her in with the understanding they would work her in between appointments. Two days later I am happy to say our doodle has fully recovered! The team at Mt. Rose was fantastic to work with, and Dr. Leautier was superb beyond expectations. She kept us regularly updated with thoughtful insight in our dog's conditions and how to manage recovery. We could not imagine going to another clinic after this experience. The health of family pets is an emotional one and I understand it doesn't always have a storybook ending. The team at Mt. Rose aren't magicians, but their knowledge, caring, skills, and capabilities to care for our family members definitely earn a 5-star rating.”

“Date of appointment: August 28th, 2020I usually take my dog to another location, bu they were booked, this location was recommended by several friends so i decided to try it out. I called wanting to book an appointment for my chihuahua, and they had really good availability, i was able to get my dog an appointment for that same week! The receptionist who answered was nice. Actual day of the appointment:Due to the current situation, you have to call or text to check in. This is where i got a bit frustrated. I waited outside in my car for over 30mins from the time i checked in. Someone walked out and i asked them when i would be seen, and he was kind and told me he would check on that for me. At this point i was flustered, it was so hot outside and my dog was panting due to the heat. But i decided not to knock off a star because the staff were all super nice.The Vet Tech was so friendly and she treated my dog with care. My dog was attended my Dr. Andrus and he was super nice as well. He explained what was going on and provided me with care instructions. A couple days later he even gave me a call to check how my dog was doing, which i really appreciated. The service really compensated for the wait time. Im even considering making this location my go-to!Super happy i decided to come here.”

“Went here for my boy's neutering surgery, and it was a great experience! Upon arrival, we were greeted right away and check in was easy! Didn't even experience too long of a wait from check in to see the doc! They made sure everything was clear and questions were answered prior to surgery and all the staff seemed very loving to all pets throughout the day! They called to give an update and let us know what time for pickup, it all seemed so easy. They even asked if he needed any additional vaccines or cleanings done (which we did!) and did complimentary nail trimmings and ear exams while under anesthesia. We were also given sedative pills to help our hyper boy relax in order for his stitches to heal- SO APPRECIATED! Overall, a perfect experience. We originally came here because this place offered the cheapest neutering in town (i literally called 10+ places) but NOW i think we will stick to this place! Thank you!”
