“Everyone was welcoming and nice from the first phone call to our experience at the appointment.
We brought in our particularly spicy senior chihuahua and they handled him with love and care. They went above and beyond to explain his treatment to us. Special shout out to Thomas cutting his pills for us so we wouldn’t have to when we got home. Great follow up from Dr.Caldwell the next day with his blood results. Thank you desert hills!”

“Really love this vet office.
Expect Dr. Lopez has now 2 time left a bad taste in my mouth. He literally argued with me about my puppies age. I told him many times he was wrong he wouldn't listen to me. I even had proof of her age (I was her foster mom & was there the day she was brought in) he refused to give her a rabies shot. He re gave her shots she already had..I called to complain still currently awaiting a call back. The first time I saw him was his first week with my cat Frankie he had seizure issues & can be a pest at times. Well they forgot to weight him so the vet tech came back & she literally let my poor small cat fall off the counter top & just stood there looking at him. He's a blind cat & cant tell when hes high up. I wasn't happy at that point either. ? so with my experience with Dr. Lopez (he's new here) I will NOT let him see my animals ever again. Ill stick with Dr.Hazeleood & Dr. Barin who love & show care to the animals who pet & love on them who show them affection. Dr. Lopez doesn't he just examines & leaves doesn't show affection to the animal made me very sad he is very diffrent dynamics with him.”

“Dr. Baker and his staff (especially Shannon!) have given our corgi so much more time after his Stage IV lymphoma diagnosis. Another clinic in town refused to see him due to his vet aggression. Dr. Baker, Shannon, and the rest of the staff gave him a chance. Not only did they get him through 1 round of chemo (now on round 2), his aggression at the vet is so much better. He needs much less sedative and anti-anxiety meds to have his infusions. He will run to the door of the vet when he gets out of the car. We cannot thank VCA baring enough for giving us more time with our firstborn fur baby.”

“Really appreciate the Kreature Komforts team. Whenever I call, they get my dog’s in promptly. The prices are fair, the process is efficient, and the staff is thoughtful and professional. They always appear busy, but never let the pressure impact their service. The Vet is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes time to talk through options. It’s apparent she and the staff are genuine animal lovers. I recently had to say goodbye to my dog and they went above and beyond to make a difficult process as smooth as possible and ensure she was comfortable and loved before passing. “My furbaby was diagnosed with liver cancer by another vet in town and that vet said my dog only had a wk or two weeks to live. Despite the news being devastating, I searched for a second opinion and was directed to Dr.Baker and his wonderful team. Long story short, Dr.Baker and his team worked quickly to find the best care despite there being limited options for my pup. The option we chose was the chemo treatment and we did see some successes. If it wasn't for their care we wouldn't have had an extra year with our furbaby, Bourbon. My pup had many health challenges though and Dr.Baker was very responsive even scheduling visits on his lunch break to make sure our furbaby had the best care. As far as billing goes- if you have pet insurance this team submits claims on your behalf and it doesnt matter which insurance company you have. This was very helpful for us!! As far as compassionate- they are the best and our furbaby loved it here too. After our furbaby completed the chemo treatment program, Lisa and the team gifted Bourbon a sowed bear and a personalized dog tag that said "cancer survivor." They really do the little things that matter here. I can't say enough great things about the team. YOU CAN TRUST THEM WITH YOUR FURBABY!! Thank you- Dr. Baker, Dr. Parke, Shannon, CJ, Alex, Hannah, Ashleigh, & Lisa for all the love you gave Bourbon ??”

“I love this place, I have been going here for 12 years. My pups have gone from puppyhood to senior living and I have no complaints. I understand what I pay for with my wellness plan. I communicate with my vets, Dr. Hamilton and Dr. Thomas. Allison the clinic manager has been nothing but helpful and supportive.Rachel is typically at the front desk and has always been helpful. I can’t thank the staff enough really. We lost one of our fur babies this year and the constant communication and just checking in with us on how we were and sadness because they too lost a patient they loved as well. I think most reviews that crap on the clinic are people that don’t understand basic pet care and responsibility sometimes. Asking questions is important for you as the owner of your pet. If you don’t understand what you’re paying for then don’t agree to the procedures.”

“The people here are great. When I first took my cat there, the vet suggested I get pet insurance . So I did. A few months later, my cat, Cupcake, needed dental surgery. The insurance company at first refused my claim. Then the Sage staff helped me submit it again and I got paid. You can tell the people at Sage really love animals.”

“Office staff are prometo and kind. The vet assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. The Veterinarian, aslo knowledgeable, shares pertinent advise and does everything to make our rescue pet feel comfortable in the exam room.”
