Absolutely no customer service! Need an appointment for everything even when everyone is standing around and even then you have to make the appointment online because they won’t help you. We will never go to this branch again. This has happened several times on different occasions.

I went inside to ask for help right when they opened. The older lady working the front desk was incredibly rude and judgemental. I'm not sure why I was treated with such disrespect by someone working in customer service. This is NOT the location you want to walk into.

6 representatives inside walking around / standing there & no one is available to assist. If you need to walk inside, do not choose this location. You'll wait in line FOREVER!
