Kathy has horrible customer service. I came to deposit money and she refused to let me and asked a bunch of personal question. It was less than 7k. She is a horrible representation for Wells Fargo.

I absolutely had to comment on Raj Patel, one of the Premier Bankers at the Galena Branch. Such a kind professional that ensured a smooth transition for me in several difficult administrative tasks. Gets back to voicemail readily, really listens to your needs and concerns, and provides a very accommodating atmosphere in which to conduct your business. I would heartily recommend Raj for your banking service needs! While all the tellers and staff are supportive, Raj clearly excels in his position.

Wells Fargo froze all of my accounts checking, savings, credit card, and even a joint savings that I opened up for my granddaughter. Apparently I died and didn't know it. They returned 3 of my direct deposits and all all of my automatic bill payments. So far all I've got from them is a 'my bad'. I've spent almost a week trying to straighten this up and have made dozens of calls trying to get my paycheck back. Update.. now going on 2 weeks and still haven't been able to get my direct deposits back and is now starting to affect my credit due to automatic payments being rejected. Not to mention the nightmare this has caused when my HR department thought I was dead Wells Fargo froze all of my accounts checking, savings, credit card, and even a joint savings that I opened up for my granddaughter. Worse bank, you have to make an appointment to do anything with your money. Tellers don't have access to send wires and "bankers" are always busy, probably signing unsuspecting customers up for phony accounts.

Super slow! Drive up is closed. Manager just stood there instead of apologizing for the long wait times. Avoid this branch.

I realized today after 25-years as a customer and 18-years as a business client, Wells is no longer relationship based and has become transaction based. My daughter applied for a personal loan with a 753 score. Was denied. We call on the phone and made an appointment to see a personal banker as a follow up. We we told due to COVID Wells is no longer offering loans and we should look elsewhere. I was confused and disappointed that they even made an appointment. Going shopping tomorrow.

Terrible bank, terrible manager. Won’t lift a finger to help you when a system mistake of their leaves you stranded. And yes I mean this particular stand alone Wells Fargo location

5 stars for Susan Irwin-hua as she has been great to work with throughout the years! She's very knowledgable and will get things taken care of one way or another for you! Susan and her staff are awesome!! 1 star for WFB tying their business bankers hands when it came to the PPP. What a flop when small businesses like our own needed them the most. Luckily enough we were able to withdraw our ppp application from wfb and re-submit through a smaller local bank which lead to approval within 48 hours. Wells Fargo small enough to service but too big to care when it came to PPP. Valuable banking relationship lesson learned here.

This is a Five Star Branch with the exception of the truncated Saturday banking hours . The tellers and bankers are always courteous and will go out of there way to make sure you always have a positive banking experience.

I was in need of assistance in a Trust matter and went into the closest Wells Fargo Branch for help. It was rather a difficult situation and I was assisted by Susan Irwin-Hua. She is a business specialist. Instead of shuffling me off to some department deep in the Wells System, she jumped right in and within a day had procured the needed documents. She did a thorough and marvelous job. That's the third time I've gone to Wells Fargo about a difficult matter, and I have to say, I have been well-taken care off. Thank you. A Barbera

I can't give them a zero star but if I could, I would. They are the most old school archaic bank ever. Don't bank with them. Atrocious. Go to Bank of America. They are awesome. App is great. None of the funny old school rules.
