PetSmart is a well-stocked and clean store with a clean atmosphere. The employees are very nice, very helpful, and knowledgeable. The grooming salon does an excellent job. The store offers a varied selection for many pets and provides services like grooming and veterinary care at Banfield. Staff are noted for being especially kind and taking extra time with customers. Overall, reviewers report having no negative experiences and are very happy with their visits.
The staff at 8 am in the groomers section seem to have their hands full but love their jobs and what they do. They are always great with my Pepper Jack☺. The vet section as well seem to love what they do with the pets! Love the experience of walking inside with my doggy 🐕 😍
