“1st stop in the store. Excellent customer service. Staff is knowledgeable, which is great. All kinds of dog and cat food. All kinds of doggy toys and cat toys. They even had ferrets, which my kiddo loved. And they do have gold fish but soon adding more fish. Turtles and lizards they have a well. All around great store and people.”
“This is where I go to refill propane tanks for my 5th wheel. I used to use the Sinclair on Stead and Lear but half the time they didn't have someone on duty that could fill propane tanks. The employees at Ranchers Feed and Supply are always friendly and quick to get the tanks filled.”
“It's very hard to find someone who will work on tractors especially if they're not a John Deere or Kubota. I brought my TYM (John Deere and Kobota parts) tractor to them for repairs.While it is taking longer than any of us had hoped, they have been very easy to work with. My only disappointment is that I've had to call them for information more often than I would have wished. It would have been nice if they had called me with updates more regularly”

After struggling with the quality of the roaches that I had purchased from the big name brand pet stores, and from sellers online, I finally found a local business that provides a higher quality, quantity, and just over all health of dubia’s. “Bought a beautiful cross with black paw print years ago from 4 Paws Forever and the clamp broke. I was pretty sure they offered a lifetime guarantee on their jewelry but since I didn't keep my receipt or any docs I figured I was going to be out of luck but I contacted them anyways to see what they recommended. I spoke with Karen on the phone about what happened and without a best she said to send back my charm and they'd fix no questions asked! I sent back the charm along with a second charm someone bought for me from 4 Paws Forever and the necklace (not bought from them) I wear both charms on, thinking a different clamp may be in order but leaving it up to them to decide. Karen was in touch with me via text from the moment I called until my gorgeous jewelry was returned. They replaced the clamp with a bigger one, polished up all my jewelry and sent back so beautifully packaged up for no additional charge! The customer service Karen and her team give is extraordinary and just another reason why I'm be a customer for LIFE! Thank you Karen and 4 Paws Forever, not only is your jewelry gorgeous, high quality and very special to those of us that have lost our beloved pets, but the way you continue to care for your customers is something unheard of these days!!!”

I used petco grooming salon for many years previously.... They are extremely overpriced, and several years ago they refused to service my dogs For reasons they would not disclose.
I have found several locally owned salons with much more affordable pricing and extremely friendly And wonderful to my dogs”

“Love this shop the others across the reno sparks area are not as friendly and helpful. This store has staff that feel genuine concern or interest in your pets. For me I've been getting pit bull advice from the cashiers, that was the same advice I paid almost $300 for a vet bill to tell me what the cashier told me a week in advance. All around great staff and prices on every thing. They toy selection could be greater, but it offers great options for all. They one negative is they dont carry any toys except for Playology and Kong, that withstand extreme chewing dogs. Over 5 out of 5 for the experience”
