Went in here over an hour and a half before closing to potentially adopt a cat. Met with 'I don't have time for this.' Didn't know Petsmart would employ people who believe that their time is more valuable somewhere other than adopting out pets.

UPDATE: VERY RUDE MANAGER. I was the only one at the front outside lookingvat a sale bin of dog beds a few minutes to 7 pm. As i picked it up to come in, he came to the door and said sorry.. in one minute its 7pm... WOW.. really? You could've let me purchase it. NO ONE else was there.
Good clean store! Helpful staff, pets welcome. Veterinary conveniently located inside. Good sales too and mark downs.

The highlight of this place is hands down the sweet lady at the register, she’s incredibly kind and knows her stuff when it comes to sales. Right when you walk in, she makes you feel welcome, which is rare these days! On top of that, the rest of the staff is just as helpful, always checking in to see if you need anything while you browse the aisles. It’s clear customer service is a priority here. Big thanks to the whole attentive team!
