These people are awful!!! My car was stolen last week..we found it with the police..the people who stole it scratched of the vin # ..now anderson will not release my car to my insurance company due to the non existence of the vin..even though our keys work in the ignition!!! So frustrated!!!!

Nick was great! It was a very unpleasant situation. Nobody wants to have a car towed without your consent, but it happens.Nick calmed me down, and was understanding and helpful, and let me know my options.It all worked out ok, and i have my car back. A big thank you to Nick, and for Sara coming in to help with the paperwork.

Very quick and prompt, no problems, even had a tow hook for a BMW that I couldn’t find. Highly recommended
