“Car wouldn't start. My wife logged into AAA and we had a technician jump start & test battery within 15 minutes. She was easy to work with and when battery tested bad she had a replacement at a reasonable price & installed it within another 15 minutes.”

“I was fortunate enough to be a customer for CJ towing after using road side assistance from my insurance company. From the time I requested service to the time CJ showed up was under an hour. I was called and notified of an email. CJ arrived quickly and within minutes had our Jeep on his trailer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He treated our vehicle like it was his own. I will refer anyone that needs a tow to CJ. Thank you very much for helping us out.”

“My VW Bug had rust everywhere and needed full restoration. The rust caused holes in the floorboard and Carlos was able to cut out all the rust and fully restore my 1970 VW Bug back to perfect condition. Would not trust anyone else to do classic car body work!”

“Nicest people, both the person on the phone and the driver. They were there in just a few minutes. Hooked me up and off we went, he even offered to help us push it in the garage, but thankfully it had enough power to drive in without a push. Cannot say enough good about this Company, although I hope to not need them again!”

“My car had broken down late Christmas eve during bad weather. Carson City Towing provided my rescue service. In particular I was extremely grateful for the help of the Tow driver Gus. He was kind, and went out of his way to help me get back running again, beyond expectations. I am so very grateful for his help, especially on a holiday. Thank you Gus, and Carson City Towing.”

“Great dispatcher and very understanding. Truck arrived in a timely manner with an easy process. Staff was nothing but friendly and they get the job done. So far most efficient towing company I’ve seen in Reno. You won’t have to wait hours..”
