“I'm actually really late putting in my review but I still haven't forgotten how pleased I was with the service. Went in to ask about getting a quart of oil which is something they don't normally do but they did for me. In return after talking with the gentleman at the counter it would be wise to get an oil change so I made an appointment. The gentleman at the counter I believe his name is Chris was very friendly, very informative. John was very nice as well. He even sent me a text a few months later to ask how everything was. Who does that anymore. They do. I would recommend them to everyone. Trust worthy, knowledgeable, helpful. Its been almost a year since I went to them and I'm sorry my review is late. “We took our Subaru to the Subaru dealership to have them check the seat because it was extremely loose and wobbly. It took them the entire day to do the diagnostic on it, and then they wanted an outrageous amount of money to repair it. We called Independent Auto and they got the car in quickly, gave us the diagnosis within a few hours, and we had the car repaired and back by the next day. They went out of their way to ensure they repaired the vehicle to both their and our satisfaction, and the staff was super friendly. I have already recommended their services to several of my friends, and we will definitely be using them from here on out.”

“I took my Acura RDX here (a friend's recommendation) with the hopes to diagnose MULTIPLE dash lights lit up and almost complete loss of acceleration in the car. The owner, Marco was very polite and committed to helping me resolve the issue. After a couple days, I recieved a phone call from Tony (my tech) giving me all the specific details of the issue and what the options were. Tony was very professional and honest with me on what parts potentially could need repair. He then recommended trying the most affordable route first (part was about 45 bucks). Then explained if that did not fix the problem we would go from there. His first idea fixed the problem so I was out the door for a couple hundred $260 buck which included an oil change. They even gave me the old part to show me the culprit of my car issues. This instilled even more trust.
This company is not in the business of ripping people off. I believe they are truly into delivering expert customer service while also looking out for people's wallets. The integrity was superior; This is proven by Tires Plus's $2000+ estimate to fix the problem just days before I brought it to BB Tire and Alignment. I will be back to this business and will recommend to friend's and family. If you want honest work done, dont go anywhere else!

“I was in the parking lot when my battery died suddenly. I was panicked because I didn't know what to do or where to go. Rachel from Instant Lube saw me crying in my car and came over to see if she can help. She pulled me in Bay 2 and checked my battery and told me by batter is 5 years old and completely dead. She walked with me over to O'Reilly's and I was able to purchase a battery which she carried back for me and installed she was very professional and extremely friendly and helpful she checked my fluids while I was waiting and noticed I was low on a couple of fluids so she filled them up for me. Thank you Rachel you're the best”

“I got stranded in my F350 in the middle of nowhere Nevada after hitting a deer or antelope. I had the truck towed here to see if they could get me back on the road. I was 12 hours away from home. They were super busy, but were able to prioritize my vehicle. Repaired my fuel system so at least the truck would be able to run., And went the extra mile to help me out with the trailer that I was towing. I highly recommend McDiesel, and special thanks to Alex! She is an awesome communicator.”

“Got referred here, and for good reason. Paid $300 less than what I was quoted elsewhere. Asked for the cost breakdown and not only was it reasonable, the labor time was less than it usually is!
