The AutoZone store in Sparks, NV is a leading retailer of automotive replacement car parts. The friendly knowledgeable staff are always helpful. They have new and remanufactured hard parts, maintenance items and car accessories. A driver can go in for a battery and the staff installed the battery right then and there. The staff took time to inspect a battery and told if it need charge or a new part, save money. Even at closing time two gentlemen went above and beyond duty to make sure a driver was good to get back on the road. The chill staff always seem to have what is needed when it needed. One visit involved a broken FOB; the staff painstakingly put the FOB together about 25 mins so the road trip could go. AutoZone on Roberta Ln is always helpful.
Went in needed some help with license plate this very helpful person named Tony was straight forward and took less then 5 minutes

I want to say that the two gentlemen that helped me out were so kind and very helpful they both went above and beyond their duty . It was about closing time and they still took time to make sure I was good to get back on the road . Thank you so much .
