Hands down, I wish I came here first. This shop easily has the best customer service and is so willing to help fix a problem they didn’t create. “The ladies and gentleman at the Sun Valley store are always helpful even if the part or tool I need is not available. Have been suggested different methods to complete my job with success each time. Lifetime warranty on hand tools is a great deal, sometimes I'm a little rough on things and have been able to get a replacement both times”

“The Fleetpride location on Reno in OKC is the most efficient location I’ve visited. All of my needs for electrical, mechanized parts and accessory DOT items at this location. The other Fleetpride locations around the state leaves a lot to be desired, they are out of stock and always fail to meet fulfillment.
The Staff, Experience and Knowledge base at this location has earned them 5 stars.
Fleetpride does a disservice not to model their other stores to this location.”

The dash was a very difficult part to dip, and Patrick had to re-dip it several times before he was satisfied.
