“These guys fixed my car in 2024, after it got hit badly by a drunk driver while parked in a south Reno neighborhood. I thought they did a great job then, and hadn't really noticed any issues or problems. This year, my mechanic found a problem with one of my cars wheel bearings that required replacement. From my little understanding, wheel bearing average 100k miles before needing replacement and my 2023 Subaru with 30k total miles apparently needed it done now. I felt it was related to my same drunk driver claim, but due to its potential severity I had my mechanic fix it out of pocket. When I called my insurance provider, they told me that the body shop that had done the repairs would have to submit a supplement for reimbursement. I then called this same shop, and was informed that they would work with me to see what they could do to see about getting me any reimbursement from my insurance over the part that had clearly been damaged by my claim in 2024. I am happy to say, I have received reimbursement from my insurance company. I will continue to refer to this business, they do great work and follow through and are very knowledgeable in their craft.”

The repair and alignment was quick and they didn't try to upgrade part unnecessarily like other places. Highly recommend if you have 4WD vehicles that need work. Will be going back to them next time I need some work done.”

I was there less than 20 min. Mike was awesome and replaced the computer. Thier price was more than fair and the hospitality top notch. Please keep the small town, locally owned feeling. The dash was a very difficult part to dip, and Patrick had to re-dip it several times before he was satisfied.
