“The ladies and gentleman at the Sun Valley store are always helpful even if the part or tool I need is not available. Have been suggested different methods to complete my job with success each time. Lifetime warranty on hand tools is a great deal, sometimes I'm a little rough on things and have been able to get a replacement both times”
